About Feel Great Coaching

FGC is a company specializing in the achievement of an individual's personal, professional, health, fitness and/or sport goals. Through Life Coaching I can help you reach your goals, and make them a reality in your everyday life. The Life Coaching is typically done over the telephone whether you are at work, on the road or in the comfort of your own home. My typical work day starts at 6:00 a.m. and lasts until 8:00 p.m. I am willing and happy to accommodate my client's busy schedules by being flexible with my schedule and being available when you are.

Feel Great Coaching Philosophy

The Feel Great philosophy about life and happiness can be summed up in one sentence - It's All About Attitude. This attitude can be summed up in three words that every single one of my clients can attest to - I FEEL GREAT! Whether working with a client at 6:00 a.m. or at 8:00 p.m., I FEEL GREAT!

Your life and your happiness can be reshaped by your attitude. The Feel Great attitude is that a positive outlook will lead to positive results; and a negative outlook is just self-defeating. If you truly want something bad enough, you need to have the right attitude to go for it and get it. Whether you are trying to change careers, meet someone new, get into a healthy lifestyle, etc.; if you start off with a positive attitude you have a much better chance of accomplishing your goals.

Part of the Feel Great process is setting goals; more specifically, setting short and long term realistic goals. If you don't have a goal to work toward, then how do you know if you have accomplished anything? By setting short term goals to help you achieve your long term goals, you will be focused and you will have multiple successes. This will keep you on track and will help you keep your attitude positive and ensure that you feel great too!

This changing of your attitude, your outlook on life, and accomplishment of goals is what I mean when I say "I Feel Great"!
